At Kissly Beauty Private Limited, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which orders can be cancelled and refunds can be processed for purchases made through our website (https://kissly.in/) and mobile application.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our customer support at support@kisslybeauty.com or through the app's order section.

If the order is successfully cancelled before shipment, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please note: In some cases, certain charges such as packing charges, labeling charges, or other processing fees may be deducted before issuing the refund.
After Shipment:

Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

However, you may be eligible for a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The product is not delivered beyond the estimated delivery timeline.

A valid cancellation request is made before shipment.
3. Refund Process

Once your request is approved, the refund will be initiated within 2–5 business days.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, wallet, or card).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may be required to provide your bank details to receive the refund.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

Items returned without original packaging or used products.

Minor color variations due to lighting or screen display.

Change of mind after receiving the product.
