Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been shipped.
- Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Return & Refund Policy
- Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery if the product is damaged, wrong, or defective.
- Refunds are issued only after the returned item passes our quality check.
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Products like earrings or cosmetics once opened/used cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
